In 2016, I co-founded Plein Air and spent the next decade helping build the agency from inception to 130+ employees. As Founding Partner & Head of Creative, I led a 20+ person creative organization while contributing to company strategy, building teams, developing new business, providing cross-functional leadership, and strengthening major client relationships.

Before Plein Air, I held creative roles at Levenson, MMI, and The Company (FKM), building a foundation in brand identity, advertising, packaging, digital, broadcast, and CPG.
